We have pioneered and introduced IT systems which enable us to meet the service standards and quality demanded by ourselves and our clients. As a business, we are constantly looking at new ways to further enhance efficiency and quality, as well as developing new products and services. Our bespoke computer system – “NDevor” – allows surveyors to work flexibly, with inspections and surveys undertaken on wireless tablet PC’s, with electronic creation and distribution of reports.
In response to the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, Countrywide Surveyors has now trained and qualified 290 of its Chartered Surveyors to conduct residential EPC assessments and 46 of its Chartered Surveyors to conduct commercial EPC assessments.
