City Centre

As Leeds has become one of the most desirable student cities, the city centre now has a lot to offer. If you are looking for a premium shopping destinations Harvey Nichols and the boutiques of Victoria Quarter should be at the top of your list. There are also lots of other brand shops along the well-known Briggate and the central area is compact and easy to walk around. If you are more of a cultural person you can choose from the variety of theatres, opera and comedy shows which offer students’ discounts. Even better are the increasing numbers of free to enter attractions including Leeds Museum, Leeds City Art Gallery and the Royal Armouries. For a night out, Leeds has it’s quota of varied clubs that should not be missed, from Oceana and Mission to the Cockpit and Hifi Club. We heard rumour that the city of Leeds has a bar for everyday of the year, so you are sure to find one to suit your tastes! There is an endless list of attractions in Leeds. However when you tick everything off your list, there is always a large bus and train station which offers trips to Harrogate, Wakefield or Ilkley Moors.
